With this expansion in mind, we have decided to set up a central preparation kitchen in Avonmouth to service our venues and help improve the efficiency of our kitchens.
Central Kitchen Manager
We are on the lookout for a committed and experienced chef/kitchen manager to run the operation. Roles will include the production and distribution of high-volume menu items, managing cleanliness, hygiene and health and safety, packaging and product labelling, managing and motivating a team and working closely with our executive chef.
Hyde & Co Group are extremely excited to be expanding two of our Bristol-based operations to the largest indoor market regeneration project in Europe! Due to open in March the market will include a food hall style space housing 10 vibrant independent eateries.
We are on the lookout for an experienced and committed chef/kitchen manager to oversee both kitchens ensuring the standards of each are maintained when the concepts are reproduced in a fast-paced ‘street food’ style. The kitchen manager will be responsible for two small teams whilst liaising closely with our Avonmouth-based central kitchen where a large portion of menu items will be produced.
We are recruiting teams to operate effectively from the individual open kitchens and re-produce each concept in a street-food style. Service will be fast-paced, takeaway only and the ability to work as part of a small team and be amiable when interacting with customers will be essential.

We are on the lookout for a committed, energetic, and experienced head chef to lead our kitchen team, refine our operation and maintain the stellar reputation we have gained since opening in 2019. This a fantastic opportunity to get involved in one of the cities ‘buzziest’ venues!
Ideal candidates will have experience in a variety of professional kitchen environments, be able to
manage their time and that of their team and have a keen eye for food safety and allergen
awareness. Experience of Asian cuisine will be beneficial to your application, but all training will be
provided, and the opportunity will be there for those with the right attitude and willingness to learn.
