Our Story
Hyde & Co group is a family of independent restaurants and cocktail bars, which began life in Bristol in 2010. After an ill-fated Christmas night out and inspired by a recent trip to New York, Hyde & Co founders Nathan Lee, Jason Mead and Kevin Stokes took matters into their own hands and the concept for Hyde & Co was born.
Now, seven multi award winning venues later, including Hyde & Co, The Milk Thistle, The Ox restaurants, Pata Negra, Bambalan and Seven Lucky Gods, our aim is always to offer exceptional service, outstanding food and drink and an atmosphere unlike anywhere else. With a focus on individuality, independence and attention to detail we’re passionate about creating new and exciting drinking and dining destinations to the people of Bristol and beyond.
