In May 2016 Hyde & Co opened it’s biggest venue to date - Bambalan. Overlooking the City Centre in Colston Tower and boasting arguably the best roof terrace in Bristol it was an instant success, offering something for everyone from it’s Mediterranean inspired laid back all day dining and great cocktails to music, DJs and entertainment every weekend.
